Vegetarian Quesadilla


I made this Vegetarian Quesadilla in under 20 minutes (My first cooking on stove recipe).

Ingredients: 1 or 2 Tortilla wraps
1/4 Red Pepper
1/4 Yellow pepper
1 mini Cucumber
1/2 Tomato
1/2 Portobello Mushroom
1/4 cup Cheese Blend

Seasoning of your choice, sea salt (healthier than regular salt)

Chop the veggies, add seasoning and put them in a pan with some butter and cook till soft (about 5 minutes)

Fry the Tortilla wrap on butter on both sides.

Add 1/4 cup of cheese on bottom and then add veggies on top (Use only half side of the Tortilla).

Then cover the veggies with half Tortilla so it looks like a semi circle. Put this in frying pan with little bit of butter for about a minute on both sides.

Take it out and cut it into 3 or 4 pieces. and BOOM your Veggie Quesadilla is ready. Eat this with Salsa sauce or Sour cream (not healthy choice).
