  • Dry (0.1%) Cottage Cheese
  • Whey Protein Powder (Optional – for extra protein),
  • Avocado
  • Green and Black Olives
  • Corn
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Leafy Greens (whichever you like)
  • Hot Sauce
