#RoadTo250 Video Series is my video series that covers my weight gain journey.

My goal is to gain 10 lbs in 1 month (Month of August 2014) and gain strength in all lifts especially Squats (all the way down), Deadlifts (wide leg without bouncing bar off the floor), and Bench Press.

This is the method I chose to bulk up and if you are not pleased with it, please don’t annoy me with negative comments. To gain weight properly consult your coach or a nutritionist.
