Quick High Protein Super Bean Vegan Salad

Quick High Protein Super Bean Vegan Salad

Prep time: 5-7 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 Cup Chic Peas
  • 1 Cup Fava Beans
  • 1 Cup  Edamame
  • 1 Cup Cucumber
  • 1 Cup Tomato
  • 1 Cup Onion
  • 1/2 cup Corn
  • 1/2 green lime
  • 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon Seasoning of choice (I use tex-mex and garlic, and sea salt)

Mix the ingredients in a bowl

Add 1 tablespoon each of Hot Sauce (don’t use if you can not handle hot sauce), and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Squeeze green lime over the mix.

Add 1 tablespoon of seasoning of your choice and mix well.
