I always get requests to show my super heavy lifts because young boys like to see people lifting BIG.
I don’t support super heavy lifting because when we do this we end up lifting with wrong form or partial reps. After getting several annoying requests from people I decided to put up my maximum leg press lift which is 28 plates (14 plates per side) that is 1,260 lbs (572kg) with partial reps.
PLEASE DON’T WATCH THIS AND START THROWING WEIGHTS AROUND, YOU COULD GET HURT IF YOU DON’T HAVE PROPER GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT. I HAVE BEEN TRAINING FOR 14 YEARS AND I BUILT STRENGTH OVER TIME. IF YOU GET HURT DO NOT BLAME ME, YOU DESERVE IT BECAUSE YOU DID NOT LISTEN! INSTEAD WORK ON INCREASING WEIGHTS OVER TIME.
