How I went from Depressed, Hopeless to Fit & Supercharged

I’ve been in fitness for over 13 years and I went through a very dark time between for 2 years where I went from a super-fit body to depression, hopelessness, no self-esteem and feeling like a complete loser, and of course FAT!

I worked hard to get out of that hole.  I found a secret that fat doesn’t come alone, it comes with  stress, lack of focus, lack of energy, lack of money and relationship problems.

I went through extreme transformation – I lost 60 lbs of fat in 4 months, and went on to compete in a bodybuilding competition.

Sadly – our shallow society looks down upon us when we gain weight. It’s not right but it’s the reality. Negative judgement makes people feel less of themselves and this has a negative effect not only on individuals but their whole family. I want people to accept, respect and love themselves and live a happy life.
