Episode 1 – Mental Strength

I took control of my mental health and made great changes in life, and I want to help you become mentally strong.
Our mental strength enables us to overcome obstacles and challenges that we face in pursuit of our life’s purpose.
Here are some steps to gain mental strength.
Step 1: Know what you want so that you have goals to work towards.
Step 2: Create short term and long term deadlines for each goal.
Step 3: Work towards achieving your goals by the set deadlines.
Step 4: Stay focused on one goal. If you’re simultaneously working on too many things you become an octopus (like my first bunnies said). Do not work on more then 3 goals at a time to prevent distraction and lack of focus.
Step 5: Always celebrate your success.
Step 6: If you lack direction and are unsure on how to proceed, hire a coach. Not only will it save you hundreds of hours spent on trial and error but it will also save you money.
My life’s purpose:
1. To become strong in all areas of life
2. To help others become mentally strong so that they can take control of emotional, physical, financial and spiritual health.
