Bulking Nutrition & Macros
#RoadTo250 – Gain 10 lbs in 1 month
This video covers the foods I will be consuming and macros for my 1 month bulk. This is neither a strict clean bulk nor a dirty bulk. I will be keeping my diet fairly clean but high in calories. I will not be eating junk food daily, but if I feel like it I will eat pizza, fries, ice cream, Indian sugary sweets, or movie crap (popcorn, pop, fries, nachos.
Approximate caloric intake: 6,000 (currently 3,000-4000)
I will be eating between 250g and 300g Protein everyday.
- Whey Protein powder
- Cottage Cheese
- Hemp seeds
I will be eating 500g-750g carbs daily. What’s not listed is vegetables. I will be eating a lot of mixed berries, broccoli, beets, onions, carrots, cucumbers, purple cabbage, lettuce
- Fruits – Bananas, Grapes
- Rice with sugar
- Roti (Indian bread – similar to a wrap/pita bread, made with wheat flour and corn flour)
- Frozen corn
- 6 grain bagels
I will be eating approximately 200g of healthy fat daily.
- Mixed nuts
- Peanut Butter
